Essential Oil Origins

Essential oils come from seeds, stems, leaves, needles, petals, flowers, rinds and fruits, woods and resins, roots and rhizomes, and grasses.

Oil is extracted from the plant and absorbed through the nostrils. Examples include direct inhalation via diffuser with steam, aroma stones, and mists.
